I have really been struggling to get back into my healthy eating habits. After a few weeks of stressful studying for my midterm, then three weeks of traveling, I fell off the wagon. My hope was that meal planning this week would get me back on track, but I can’t seem to resist the sweet (and salty) treats that seem to be all over our new office space. What’s a girl to do?
Well, lucky for me, there’s a magic tool out there that never fails. It’s called the Whole30. And every single time I need to get back on track, I reach for this tool and succeed. I can’t commit to a full Whole30 this time (we’re going out of town in early September and I won’t have control over my food for a day or two), but I can commit to a Whole16. So here I am, announcing to the internet that I’m doing a Whole16 and will be taking pictures of all my food for the accountability. When the inevitable snack arrives at the office tomorrow, the short blonde will NOT be partaking!
