These are the meals I had yesterday. They all were made nearly from scratch with top quality ingredients. None required extensive effort. I felt great after each meal.

Today, I eat crap. What exactly will it take for me to stick to my guns and eat food that makes me feel great? Food that makes me not dread putting my jeans on? Food that isn’t driving me closer to the issues I don’t want later in life? Food that doesn’t make me feel lethargic and bloated?

I guess it will just be constantly getting myself back on the wagon. And for the umpteenth time, I’m back on it… now!
