Whole40: Day 7

I didn’t manage a single picture of my food today, so I’ll make this quick.

For breakfast I made three eggs in olive oil with guac for fat. I also had two cups of coffee.

Lunch was ground beef with taco seasoning and the rest of the guac.

Dinner was a buffet dinner. I sampled a variety of paleo friendly items – shrimp, yellow tail nigiri (with a little soy sauce), strawberry salad, ceased salad, and steak. I did split a flour-less chocolate cake piece with the love. I also used three of my drinks for the week on glasses of red wine. May seem like a lot but it turned into a six hour event.

I’ve been 80% or so paleo lately and still feeling not 100%. I’m going to step it up this week and really crack down, especially when eating at home.
